Comprehensive Remanufacturing Process

Once all components are prepared, we assemble the engine with new pistons, piston rings, rod bearings, main bearings, oil pump, timing kit, balance shaft bearings, valvetrain components, lifters, gaskets, and more. After assembly, we conduct a spin test to ensure everything is functioning correctly before packaging the engine in a corrosion-inhibiting bag for delivery.
